Meditation
Meditation is a workout for your mind.
A practice of focusing (and re-focusing) the attention of your mind and restraining impulses. This practice cultivates self-control and increases awareness of the present.
Being more present allows you to fully engage with life, appreciate the moment, and cultivate a greater sense of well-being and fulfilment. Let's face it, who doesn't want to be happier? ​

Many of my classes focus on these scientifically proven benefits of meditation, whilst others contemplate a more spiritual approach exploring the deeper concept of 'self'.
